Spanish Fruit Pork Rolls Suitable for Both People and Pets

利用簡單食材在家烹調,提升家人毛孩身體免疫能力,最適合炎炎夏日消暑解饞。

這道吃起來清爽不膩口,又能補充豐富營養的「西班牙水果豬肉捲」,完全不需要調味,就非常適合與毛孩家人一同分享,吃起來清甜爽口又有適當飽足感,還能補充維生素與水分,建議大家不妨一試!

準備材料Prepare the materials


  • 薄里肌豬肉片一盒A box of thin pork loin slices

  • 青蘋果一顆(紅蘋果也可)A green apple (a red apple is also acceptable)

  • 水梨半顆(或西瓜白肉也可)Half a pear (or white watermelon)

  • 地瓜一條(黃紫地瓜皆可)One sweet potato (either yellow or purple)

  • 無調味海苔粉少許(或是熟芝麻也可)A little unseasoned seaweed powder (or cooked sesame seeds can also be used)

烹調步驟Cooking steps


  1. 地瓜去皮切成0.8-1公分長條狀隔開放入蒸盤入電鍋蒸熟備用 Peel the sweet potato and cut it into 0.8-1 cm long strips. Separate them and place them in a steamer. Steam them in an electric cooker until cooked.


  2. 蘋果水梨去皮去籽也是切成差不多相同尺寸條狀,放入少許鹽水中浸泡避免氧化備用 Peel and deseed the apples and pears and cut them into strips of similar size. Soak them in a little salt water to prevent oxidation.


  3. 豬肉片攤開,放入蒸熟的地瓜條、蘋果和水梨條,慢慢捲起來,開口朝下備用 Spread out the pork slices, add steamed sweet potato strips, apple and pear strips, and slowly roll them up with the opening facing down.


  4. 平底鍋或不沾鍋放少許油(因為使用瘦肉油脂較少容易沾黏燒焦)熱鍋 Put a little oil in a frying pan or non-stick pan (because lean meat has less fat and is prone to sticking and burning)


  5. 肉捲開口朝下依序放入,以中大火先塑形固定封口再翻面轉中小火,把肉片煎熟上色即完成 Place the meat rolls with the opening facing down in order, shape and seal them over medium-high heat, then turn over and fry over medium-low heat until the meat slices are cooked and colored.


  6. 最後灑上一點無調味海苔粉增加淡淡的香氣與營養 Finally, sprinkle a little unseasoned seaweed powder to add a light aroma and nutrition


屬性偏平性的豬肉,與溫燥性的牛羊肉相比,更適合各種體質食用。富含維生素B群及礦物質,但脂肪含量偏高,因此建議挑選脂肪含量較低的精瘦肉如里肌為佳。選購薄里肌豬肉片時,盡量挑選肉片完整,脂肪含量少,可以拿來涮火鍋快熟的較合適。 Compared to the warmer, drier types of beef and mutton, pork, with its neutral properties, is more suitable for all body types. Rich in B vitamins and minerals, it's also high in fat, so it's recommended to choose leaner cuts like tenderloin. When choosing thin tenderloin pork slices, try to select whole pieces with less fat, ideal for quick cooking in hot pot.

另外蘋果、水梨除了富含纖維質、維生素,能幫助腸胃蠕動、抗氧化之外,水分含量也高,選擇青蘋果是因為甜度較紅蘋果低一些,還帶點酸甜,可以增加搭配的口感層次,水梨的甜度也較低,減少甜度熱量攝取,還能去熱、潤肺和通腸。如果沒有買到青蘋果,紅色蘋果也是可以的。還有當季盛產的西瓜,可以挑選肉質口感較細膩、好消化的白肉取代水梨,去濕解熱效果更好,非常適合體質燥熱,長期皮膚反覆搔癢的毛孩。

Apples and pears are rich in fiber and vitamins, which aid gastrointestinal motility and provide antioxidant benefits. They are also high in water. Green apples are less sweet than red apples and offer a slightly sweet and sour taste, adding a richer flavor. Pears are also less sweet, reducing caloric intake and helping to dissipate heat, moisten the lungs, and promote bowel movements. If green apples are unavailable, red ones are also suitable. Also, if watermelons are in season, consider choosing white watermelons, which have a smoother texture and are easier to digest, instead of pears. They are more effective at removing dampness and relieving heat, making them ideal for pets with dry, hot constitutions and chronic itchy skin.


水果肉片捲可當作毛孩正餐或點心,因此適當的飽足感、維持體力活力還是很重要的,所以使用膳食纖維豐富,能降低膽固醇,兼具抗癌、抗氧化功效非常強的地瓜紅薯,不僅可補充醣類攝取,幫助維持毛孩生理機能,也含有豐富維生素C及鈣質、葉酸及β-胡蘿蔔素,如想改成紫薯增加花青素也很棒喔!

Fruit and meat rolls can be used as a main meal or snack for your pet, so it is important to have a proper sense of fullness and maintain physical vitality. Therefore, sweet potatoes are used, which are rich in dietary fiber, can lower cholesterol, and have strong anti-cancer and antioxidant effects. They can not only supplement carbohydrate intake and help maintain your pet's physiological functions, but are also rich in vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, and beta-carotene. If you want to change to purple sweet potatoes to increase anthocyanins, that would also be great!


最後點綴撒上的無調味海苔粉,建議大家可以去食品烘焙行或網路購買,千萬不要買一般賣場給人食用的海苔粉,大多還是有人工添加與調味。

Finally, sprinkle some unseasoned seaweed powder on top. It is recommended that you buy it at a food baking store or online. Never buy seaweed powder sold in general stores for human consumption, as most of them still have artificial additives and flavorings.


也可以改用無調味的熟黑芝麻、白芝麻,或是無調味的杏仁片等,這些堅果不僅富含豐富礦物質及微量元素,有助毛孩腦部智力及骨骼成長正常發育,對皮毛保護也有很大幫助。如果都沒有,也沒關係。

You can also use unseasoned cooked black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, or unseasoned almond slices instead. These nuts are not only rich in minerals and trace elements, but also contribute to the normal development of your pet's brain and bones, and are also very helpful for protecting their fur. If you don't have any of these, it doesn't matter.


這些食材步驟雖然簡單,但都是非常容易取得,又能發揮增強體質免疫,補充水分營養的食用價值,且都是原型食物不須調味,真的很適合夏季居家抗暑抗疫,鼓勵大家嚐試看看。
